Chill the glass with chunky ice, fill the large part of the shaker with chunky ice 2/3. Put the pineapple in the small part of the shaker and mash it with a muddler. Pour all the remaining ingredients into the small part of the shaker. Drain the melt water from the large part of the shaker, close the shaker and whisk all the ingredients well. Remove the ice and pour the drink using a strainer. Finally, garnish the drink.
