Ginger tonic 100 ml
Egg white 30 ml

Chill the glass by adding chunky ice. Fill the larger section of the shaker about 2/3 with chunky ice. Pour all the ingredients, except tonic, into the smaller part of the shaker. Remove any melted water from the larger part of the shaker. Close the shaker tightly and mix all the ingredients. Remove the chunky ice from the glass and place the ice block, then pour the drink using a strainer, add the tonic, garnish the drink.
